Tech 2 came to my place of work within 24hrs of me calling them and not only fixed the problem, but phoned a parts supplier on my behalf for a quote. In addition, they also helped solve an issue within 5mins that 4 trips to 2 different garages had not been able to resolve. This issue couldn’t be fixed at the time, but Tech 2 went above and beyond by calling me that evening with instructions on how I could fix the problem myself.
