Was out shopping the week before Christmas when gremlins must have got in my car. Pretty flashing lights on my dash board and a tuneful pinging were telling me the boot was open. I stopped, got out, and slammed the boot. The warnings were lies. Back home and nothing would lock. Looked on the Renault forum. Had a cry. Went on Google and found Tech2. Phoned Mark and described the problem. He came to check the car within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a price to fix it and as soon as he got the part required, arranged to come and fit it. Couldn’t ask for better service and very friendly too. Have now booked my car in for an MOT and service with them 👍🏻 – Sue
