After having had a major electrical issue with my car, I called Tech 2 and Mark was straight on with diagnosis and searching for replacement parts. Even when we realised that the particular parts needed for my car were a rarity, Mark remained steadfast in his assurances and determination to get my car on the road. After receiving the parts, Mark had them fitted and my car was running again within 3 hours.
Tech 2 have provided a first class service. They are efficient, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Their communication is excellent, so you are never left wondering what is being done and no nasty surprises. They delivered on their promises and were an all round pleasure to deal with.
